On Thursday, April 11th, history was made in the Cayman Islands as our esteemed partner CUC embarked on a transformative journey with I Am Here.
Over 150 of dedicated CUC Team Members embarked on the I Am Here Tribe Members course, marking a monumental leap forward in mental health and wellbeing initiatives in the Caribbean.
Imagine: 150 individuals empowered to ‘Show You Care’ to colleagues in need, fostering a culture of support and understanding. These invaluable skills aren’t confined to our workplace; they ripple through families, friendships, and communities, touching countless lives.
We owe immense gratitude to the visionaries behind this movement. CUC CEO, Mr. Richard Hew, exemplifies unwavering commitment.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to Lorna Murphy, the passionate representative of I Am Here Cayman Islands, whose dedication shone bright as she led the enlightening and emotional session.
Lorna’s journey, from first meeting Jim Breen during their Cycle Against Suicide days to the shores of Grand Cayman, highlights the global impact of spreading the message that it’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help.
