During this virtual event, we will discuss the importance of feeling ok before we can help others and steps to support you in having a courageous conversation.

We will also look at ways to manage the common challenges we may face as Ambassadors, such as:

• How do I approach someone who puts on a brave face?
• How do I support a team member with pre-diagnosed mental ill health?
• How do I support a colleague without breaking confidentiality?
