DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a check-in so you can meet other Ambassadors and continue to build your courage\, confidence\, and skills as an Ambassador. \nDuring this virtual event\, we will discuss the importance of feeling ok before we can help others and steps to support you in having a courageous conversation. \nWe will also look at ways to manage the common challenges we may face as Ambassadors\, such as: \n\nHow do I approach someone who puts on a brave face?\nHow do I support a team member with pre-diagnosed mental ill health?\nHow do I support a colleague without breaking confidentiality?\n\nLet’s continue changing the world\, one compassionate connection at a time! \nAs Ambassadors\, we are not expected to be counsellors or psychologists or to have medical training. We are the signpost that points the way to better mental health and wellbeing for everyone.
