Week 4 Challenge: Grit Blueprint: Design Your Path to Success!

Congratulations on making it to the final week of Orange October! It’s time to put everything you’ve learned about grit into action.

Your challenge this week is to create your very own Grit Blueprint—a personalised plan to help you tackle challenges as you pursue your goals.

But here’s the twist: to make your plan even more powerful, connect with others to share, refine, and strengthen it.

How to Participate:
  • Step 1: Reflect on the key strategies and techniques you’ve discovered throughout the series. Consider how you can apply these to your personal and professional life.
  • Step 2: Write out your Grit Blueprint. Include:
    • Goals: What are you aiming to achieve?
    • Strategies: How will you use the tools and techniques you’ve learned to overcome obstacles?
    • Support: Who or what can help you stay accountable and motivated?
    • Connect: Connect with others! Share your Grit Blueprint with a friend, colleague or group. Collaborate on refining your plans and support each other in sticking to your goals.
Why This Challenge Matters:
Creating a Grit Blueprint helps you take all the insights and practices from Orange October and turn them into a concrete action plan. It’s your roadmap to building grit and achieving your goals. Plus, sharing your plan not only reinforces your commitment but also inspires others to develop their own grit strategies.

Don’t miss this opportunity to lay the foundation for your future success. Design your Grit Blueprint today.
