Each week, we will host a webinar in a chosen topic and set a challenge to help you tap into your own grit.
The webinars, held every Tuesday, will have a range of guest speakers to help and inspire you along your journey.
Each weekly challenge is a chance to stretch you, without overwhelming you. Whether it’s practicing breathwork, setting a physical or movement goal, or showing gratitude, these small actions can make a big difference over time. You’ll find that as you challenge yourself, your ability to handle obstacles, and reach your goals, will gradually improve. Grit is about having the perseverance to follow your passions.
Week 1: Connect with Self

We are excited to continue our Mental Health and Wellbeing Series with Week 2 of Orange October, where we will focus on something truly powerful: how connecting with your community—and practicing gratitude—can supercharge your Grit. To help us do that, is guest speaker David Eccles, co-founder of WNOW – When No One’s Watching, a community dedicated to encouraging men to be authentic and supportive.
Grit isn’t just about pushing through alone. It’s about leaning into your connections, finding strength in shared experiences, and embracing gratitude as a fuel for your personal growth. In this session, we will explore how the support around you can help you develop and sustain grit when it matters most.

We are thrilled to welcome our special guest speakers, Gerry Duffy (ANZ) and Jim Rees (EU) who will share their personal journey of developing Grit. They will reveal how they embraced mindfulness and other game-changing tools for staying focused, present, and determined through life’s toughest moments.
