Week 3 Challenge: Gratitude Grit: Strengthen your Resolve with Thanks!

This week, we’re shifting gears and tapping into the power of gratitude to build grit. Although easily overlooked, expressing gratitude can fuel mental toughness and remind us of the resilience we already possess.

Your challenge? Create your own Gratitude Graffiti Wall—a place where you can jot down things you’re thankful for every day to help you stay grounded and strong.

How to Participate:
  • Step 1: Set up your Gratitude Graffiti Wall. This could be a whiteboard, sticky notes on your desk or a digital note on your phone.
  • Step 2: Each day, add one new thing that you are thankful for. Reflect on how it fuels you to build grit and stay resilient through challenges.
Why This Challenge Matters: Gratitude is a game-changer when it comes to mental resilience. By taking a moment each day to reflect on what you’re thankful for, you’ll find the strength to push through difficult moments and build a mindset of grit.

Join us in exploring how gratitude and grit go hand in hand. Get started on your Gratitude journey today and see how a little thankfulness can transform your week!
