Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training
Empower your people with trauma-informed skills that make a real difference.
Why it Matters
Psychological First Aid (PFA) gives people the skills to respond with calm, care, and connection in moments of distress. It’s a practical, proven approach used around the world to support mental wellbeing during crisis or change. PFA isn’t about being a counsellor—it’s about being there when it matters. At I Am Here, we make it simple, human, and accessible to all.
