Building Trust and Engagement through Compassionate Leadership

Virtual Class: US East Coast
Virtual Event Virtual Event

At I Am Here, our mission is to create a workplace where it’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help.

The companies that we partner with recognise the importance of developing a culture of compassion and overcoming the barriers to seeking help. As a society, we’ve been conditioned to be cautious about revealing anything that might be seen as a weakness, especially in the workplace. Revising this attitude requires a deep cultural shift that is led from the top down and is created by encouraging new beliefs and behaviours, over time.

During this webinar, which will be facilitated by Margaret Considine - CEO EQuita Group, you will hear from four companies leading the charge in creating this cultural shift.
These companies and their leaders are passionate about supporting their employee’s mental health and wellbeing and creating a more supportive and caring workplace. They’ve seen the results that have come from building trust with their teams and engaging in more open and honest conversations in the workplace.

Our panellists are:
• Nicola Gillen MD of Governance, Core
• Steve Bowcott CEO, John Sisk & Son
• Mary McGillycuddy HR Manager, TLI Group
• Alan O’Grady MD, Western Postform
