Tralee, December 2020 – Global eLearning solutions company PulseLearning announced today executive leadership changes as the company integrates its Custom Services business with I Am Here, the company’s global mental health and wellbeing product, which was established in 2018.
As part of the integration, PulseLearning’s current CEO, Patrick Fealy, will move to the role of Group CFO. In addition to Patrick’s global finance remit, he will serve on the Board of Directors and focus on key areas of external funding and acquisitions to support the next phase of growth for PulseLearning. Jim Breen, Executive Chairman and Founder of PulseLearning, will lead the transformation and integration of the company’s award-winning divisions globally, effective December 7, 2020.
The decision to integrate Custom Services and I Am Here is part of an exciting and ambitious scaling plan to increase PulseLearning’s market share and global footprint. Over the next few months, the company will invest in a number of additional senior leadership hires to support this next phase of transformational growth.
