1. Continuous Learning
- Tribe Members: Access to the eLearning course, virtual classes, and recorded classes
- Ambassadors: Access to the eLearning course and virtual classes
- Monthly Content Calendar full of continuous learning and resources
- Access to all I Am Here Connect webinars
- Tailored continuous learning to support specific business goals, needs, and opportunities
2. Professional Activation
A Client Experience Partner is assigned to guide you through your I Am Here journey.
- Go Live: Support for successful deployment and launch of I Am Here with access to a full library of internal marketing and communication assets
- Adoption: Activations to drive maximum reach of Team Members and the completion of Tribe Member and Ambassadors eLearning courses and virtual classes
- Engagement: Integrated activations and content plan rollout to drive ongoing engagement among all Team Members, while specifically supporting learning for Tribe Members and Ambassadors
3. Measurement and Evaluation
- Lead Measures Dashboard of adoption of I Am Here (participation rates and number of Tribe Members and Ambassadors) and increased access to help and support
- Team Member Sentiment Survey pre-launch and ongoing to track changes in beliefs and behaviors about mental health and wellbeing
4. Expert Help and Support
- Support Tribe Members and Ambassadors in their roles to signposting the right help and support to their Team Members across six pillars
- External Super Ambassadors available to support Ambassadors
- Partner with you to identify gaps or specific needs around help and support available to your workplace
- Postvention support
The Arena is where Team Members continue their learning and support. In a highly engaging and dynamic environment, stories are shared, learning content is shared, and expert support is provided.
