Dr. Niall Muldoon was a guest of our February webinar, where he discussed the significant impact that COVID is having on children’s lives in Ireland.  Due to the huge interest in this topic, we have invited him back to update us on this important topic. He will provide fresh and critical insights.

Guest Bio: Previously the Director of Investigations at the Ombudsman for Children’s Office (OCO), Niall was officially appointed by President Michael D Higgins in February of 2015. As Ombudsman for Children, Niall’s mission has been to generate an Ireland where children and young people are actively heard, particularly those who are most vulnerable. During his tenure, the Office has consulted with young people availing of Ireland’s Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMH), Direct Provision, those in children’s hospitals, young people living in Family Hubs and young people affected by Brexit.
